Refund policy
Returns
We really hope you love your purchase but if you would like to return an item, we ask that your return the product unused and in perfect resalable condition. We have a 14 day return policy, this means 14 days after receiving your item you may request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you must contact us at hello@hUDOMA.com before returning any items. Quote returns in the subject and please include your name, delivery address and reason for the return. Once you have contacted us via email and the return has been agreed, we will advise you of the address to which you should send your return.
Postage for returns is at your own cost and we will not be able to refund this. We suggest sending your returned goods via recorded delivery, as we cannot take responsibility for items that go missing in the post.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Faulty/Damaged items
We check all items prior to dispatch, but should an item arrive faulty or damaged, please let us know immediately (within two days of receipt) and we will work out the best way to rectify this.
We will require photographic evidence of any damage. We will of course then assist with an exchange (where stock is available) or offer a refund.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time, however we do accept returns within 14 days. Please read our Returns section for more information.
